In Kompania Piwowarska since October 2011. Robert Priday joins Kompania Piwowarska and the SABMiller Europe team from Peru, where he has held the position of Managing Director since 2006. He started his international career with SABMiller in Poland in 1997 when he was responsible for the integration of the Tyskie company into SABMiller, with specific focus on commercial and supply chain. Robert Priday left Poland in 1999 when he was appointed as Managing Director of Slovakia, and then moved to Honduras where he was Managing Director of that operation for 4 years, before joining our business in Peru. He has also been responsible for our newly acquired business in Argentina and a start-up export based business in Bolivia. Robert Priday has 29 years’ service in SABMiller in South Africa, Europe and Latin America, in functional, commercial and general management roles. He has an outstanding record as Managing Director, having successfully built both Honduras and Peru into leading brand businesses with an enviable reputation for competitiveness and effective market execution resulting in superior profitability and market leadership. Robert Priday is married and have two sons. He loves golf and is an avid sports fan. |

Xavier Bellison has over 20 years experience in the FMCG sector. Mr. Belison spent a large part of his career in Central Europe working for Masterfoods. Last 4 years he led successfully Heineken’s Central European operations where he held the position of Managing Director. Mr. Xavier Belison, is also Grupa Żywiec’s President of the Board. |

President of the Board of Browary Regionalne Łomża Sp. z o.o. He has almost 20 years of experience in management and finance. Currently he is also President of the Board of Bagpak Polska Sp. z o.o. Ryszard Czopik graduated from the Electrical Engineering faculty at the Rzeszow University of Technology. He is also a graduate of Cracow University of Economics where he studied Accounting and Finance. In his career he led a lot of projects from finance and M&A area. He is married and has two daughters. |

Graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Trade of the Academy of Economics in Katowice. He started his professional career in 1991 in Procter & Gamble, which then entered the Polish market. He went across all career levels in sales structures, he was also in charge of creating an exclusive distribution network of all lines produced by P&G. In 1996 he accepted a position in P&G’s headquarters in the United States of America and in 1999 he became the leader of a Tesco/P&G team, dealing with business in Eastern and Central Europe and South Asia. In 2001 he became a sales manager for Poland in Danone, where he was in charge of sales through all distribution channels. In February 2005 he joined the global insurance leader, AIG Inc., where he was the President of the Management Board as well as the Managing Director of Amplico AIG Life in Poland. |

She has worked with the brewery industry since April 2002. Earlier she was involved with the tobacco industry, working for the concern Japan Tobacco and the former Reynolds Tobacco, where she was, among others, an HR and PR manager. She worked with the first joint venture in Poland, Furnel International Ltd, created by ICL Computers and with wood industry production plants as an export specialist. She started her career in centres and companies related to foreign trade. She graduated from the law and administration faculty of the Warsaw University. She has two children.
