Collops in beer sauce
Rinse and dry the beef. Cut it into 8 thin collops. Heat three spoons of oil on a frying pan. Brown the collops slightly in a frying pan. Add salt and pepper.
Light house beer
Soak the corn for 24 hours. Filter, put into a bowl, cover with a wet cloth and stir a couple of times during the day. Keep it in the bowl under the cloth until it gives germs of 2 to 3 milimeters.
Marinated ribs in beer
Lay washed and dried ribs, spilled with salt and pepper, in layers in a dish. Spill every layer with herbs and spices, then pour everything with beer. Put it in the fridge for 24 hours.
Mulled beer
Heat beer with cinnamon and cloves, grind yolk with sugar. Slowly pour hot beer into the dish with the yolk, stirring energetically. Heat up but do not boil. Enjoy the warmth and sweetness - and share it with a close person.
Onion casserole with beer
Fry cut onion on butter. Peel potatoes and cut them in slices. Lay layers of onions and potatoes in a heat resistant dish (potatoes should constitute both the bottom and the top layer).
Stewed carp in beer
Clean, wash and cut the carp into small pieces. Spill with salt, pepper and cloves, sprinkle with vinegar.
