Marinated ribs in beer

Lay washed and dried ribs, spilled with salt and pepper, in layers in a dish. Spill every layer with herbs and spices, then pour everything with beer. Put it in the fridge for 24 hours.

Components:

1 kg of pork ribs salt, freshly ground pepper, Marinade: 1.5 of light beer glass, 4 bay leafs, 3 spoons of herbs (marjoram, rosemary and whatever you like), 1 teaspoon of cumin
Sauce: 1/2 of light beer glass, 4 spoons of oil, 3 cloves of garlic, salt

Preparation:

Lay washed and dried ribs, spilled with salt and pepper, in layers in a dish. Spill every layer with herbs and spices, then pour everything with beer. Put it in the fridge for 24 hours. After this time take the ribs out and wipe them from the marinade. Prepare the sauce: mix beer with oil, salt and ground garlic. Put the ribs onto a grill – during the grilling turn them several times and coat them with the sauce. Golden, crispy ribs taste best with baked potatoes or garlic toasts – from the grill of course. And obligatorily with a mug of cold beer!
