Stewed carp in beer

Components:

Carp (roughly 1.5 kg)
a glass of light beer
two big onions
two cloves of garlic
salt and pepper
ten ground cloves
two spoons of butter
three spoons of oil
lemon juice
several raisins

Preparation:

Clean, wash and cut the carp into small pieces. Spill with salt, pepper and cloves, sprinkle with vinegar. Cut onion and garlic into fine cubes. Fry the onion with butter, add beer and after heating the pieces of carp, add garlic and oil. Stew until it is soft and remove the carp. Add raisins and boil. Add lemon juice and pour the pieces of carp.
