Stuffed beer pancake pastry corners

Mix the ingredients for the pastry. Fry quite thick pancakes on a small frying pan. Scald a tomato and peel it. Fry a finely cut onion, 2 peppers and a tomato with margarin.

Components:

Pancake pastry: 1 glass of wheat flour, 2 eggs, 2 glasses of good light beer, 1 spoon of oil, a pinch of salt, fat for baking Filling: 200 g of mince chicken meat, 3 peppers, tomato, onion, a slice of bread (Parisian white bread), 50 g of cheese, a spoon of chopped leaves, an egg, salt and pepper, 2 spoons of margarin

Preparation:

Mix the ingredients for the pastry. Fry quite thick pancakes on a small frying pan. Scald a tomato and peel it. Fry a finely cut onion, 2 peppers and a tomato with margarin. To the fried vegetables add meat and some spices. Stew for 10 minutes under a cover. After this time add an egg and some bread and cheese cut into cubes. Stew for another 2 minutes. Add leaves. Roll beer pancakes into corners, stuff with the filling, fasten with toothpicks. Fry on some fat. Put them in a heat resistant dish. Stew the rest of peppers, cut into stripes, add them to the corners and bake for 10 minutes in the temperature of 180 degrees Celsius. Eat without counting calories! 😉
